Step 1
When you arrive at airport, please proceed to Niagara Airbus check in counter.
Niagara Airbus check in counter is located on the "ground level", which is one floor below the arrival level.
Elevators and escalators are located at both ends of the arrival floor.
When you reach the "ground level" floor, you will find a "P" sign where the Out of Town Vans Counter located. This is the check in counter of Niagara Airbus.
Step 2
Here is where/how to check in and depart to your destination.
First you will tell your name and confirmation number to attendant at the desk. If you don’t find anybody at the desk, please ask another attendant near this counter.
Once your reservation has been confirmed at counter, please stay close by the counter or make yourself comfortable at a bench near the counter until the driver calls your name.
Your driver will assist you in taking all your belongings to the car. Please confirm your destination again with your driver. The car has the Niagara Airbus logo on it. Your luggage will be stowed at the back of the car and please bring personal belongings with you.
Step 3
When the car has arrived at the destination, the driver will call out the location. Please confirm that this is your destination and do not forget your suit case(s) and personal belongings when you get off.
