Screen-By-Screen Help

If you are an agent, this will be where you select your customers. Other users will see this screen once, and then only use it to update their personal profile. For agents, you will have a powerful search tool added to your screen.THotherwise, the screens will be the same.

Field	Required	Comments
Name		We do require your full name.
Phone #		Should it be nessessary to contact you...
Address		Enter your street number, name, and choose a street type. If you have additional address information add it in the UNIT/FLOOR field provided.
City
Postal/Zip		If you have a zip code you must enter it.
Province/State/Country		If you reside in Canada or the USA, please choose from a selection. Otherwise, fill in your information on the space provided.
