NOTICE: Fuel Surcharge ...
Please be advised that effective Sunday, Sept. 12, we will be adding a
fuel surcharge to our invoices in the amount of 5% of the calculated fare
for our services. This surcharge will be in effect until further notice
in response to drastically increased costs.

We have improved the look and feel, but
most importantly we have included many improvements
that many of you have forwarded to us.
We have focused our efforts in two
areas:
o
Reduced page flips for faster
booking of reservations
o
Improved screen layout and
flexibility for better flow of bookings.
As an individual, you no longer need to login at all… unless you wish to confirm/edit
or cancel an existing future reservation.
As an agent you must still log in at the beginning of your session.
Your agent name will appear in the header of the page. This lets you know you are logged in.
As an agent, you are no longer required to choose a customer to start
a booking. The customer can be chosen at
anytime during the booking. If you
wish to confirm / edit / cancel an existing reservation… you must choose the
passenger first, in order to see those choices.
A tool bar has been
added to the screen header for your convenience. Some symbols are displayed only after logging in.
You can see a description of each symbol
by holding the mouse cursor over each one.
User Name / Password
This is where you enter your login
information, and then click on ‘submit’.
As mentioned above, as a travel agent/tour company, you must log in
FIRST to use the system. Your username and password enables special features
for your profile (whether that by as a customer, or as a travel agent.) You
cannot choose a customer until you log in.
