TERMS & CONDITIONS


ON-LINE DISCOUNT:

In order to retain your on-line discount, you must edit and/or cancel your reservation on-line.  To do this, you will need the login information for your reservation, and you can obtain this and any assistance by emailing our Support Centre at support@niagaraairbus.com.  For changes that are called in by telephone or faxed in, the 10% on-line discount will be added back, and we will require a credit card to at least guarantee this additional charge.

EXTRA CHARGES:

There are extra charges for:
o Additional Pick ups/Drop offs (within the same rate tier:  $10.00 each way per stop
o Bicycles, Skis, and Golf Clubs:  $10.00 each way
o Baggage (after 2 suitcases & a carry on per person:  $10.00 per bag each way
If the above are not declared at time of reservation, our driver will expect to collect for the above on pick up, and our guarantee (to make your flight on-time) will not apply.

FARE SURCHARGES:

Southern Tier or Tier #1 fares from Toronto or Buffalo Airports plus $15.00 each way per address will be charged for the following outlying areas:  Wainfleet, Caistor Centre, Smithville, St. Anns.  $20 each way per address will be charged for the following outlying areas:  Winona, Lowbanks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations must be cancelled 24 Hours or more in advance to qualify for a refund.  Cancellation under 24 hours may be rescheduled for up to one year.  No Shows are Null & Void.  A cancellation # or name will be given by our customer service person.
