SPECIAL NEEDS AND ASSISTED TRAVEL
Niagara Airbus provides special services, upon demand, for passengers who have Special Needs or require assistance when traveling.
We are happy to arrange to accomodate wheelchairs and passengers who require special walking devices. In order to provide this service, passengers are advised to notify our office at the time of reservation that such facilities are required.
For passengers who are partially ambulatory or require greater assistance, we may recommend that the passenger purchase exclusive service in order to ensure that the driver and vehicle are able to address their special needs. This includes elderly passengers who need assistance with luggage transfer or a wheelchair secured at the Airport.
Service Dogs: Niagara Airbus will accept service dogs for travel in all our vehicles. Advance reservations are recommended so we can accommodate your needs.
Children under 12 years of age may not travel unaccompanied. An adult is defined by a travelling companion of 18 years of age or older.
Travelers under 18 years old: If not traveling with both parents, bring a notarized letter from any parent or legal guardian not present giving permission to cross the border. Include addresses and phone numbers. If one parent is deceased, a copy of the death certificate will minimize questions and delay. Contact the appropriate government agency for additional information. Niagara Airbus does not accept unaccompanied minors (age 8-11 without an accompanying adult 18 or over) for cross-border travel. Contact Niagara Airbus for other conditions regarding unaccompanied minors. Children ages 7 and under can only travel with an accompanying adult 18 or over.
In all cases, where a passenger requires or may require special assistance, please advise our Reservation Office at the time of booking.
