SPECIAL NEEDS AND ASSISTED TRAVELNiagara Airbus provides special services, upon demand, for passengers who have Special Needs or require assistance when traveling.Our Handi-Van is equipped to load and carry Wheelchairs and accommodate passengers who require special walking devices. In order to provide this service, passengers are advised to notify our office at the time of reservation that such facilities are required. For passengers who are partially ambulatory or require greater assistance, we may recommend that the passenger purchase exclusive service in order to ensure that the driver and vehicle are able to address their special needs. This includes elderly passengers who need assistance with luggage transfer or a wheelchair secured at the Airport. Children under 12 years of age may not travel unaccompanied. In all cases, where a passenger requires or may require special assistance, please advise our Reservation Office at the time of booking. |
