We are in the business of on-time door-to-door airport shuttles to and from the Toronto and Buffalo airports. The company also provides extensive charter and sightseeing services for tourists to the Niagara Region, and the city of Toronto. Our facilities are centrally located on 2 acres in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. The company operates 365 days per year, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for your convenience.

OUR SERVICES

Niagara Airbus provides ground transportation to and from Toronto and Buffalo International airports, sightseeing tours to Niagara Falls, Niagara-On-The-Lake, Toronto and Niagara Winery Tours. We also provide individual and group charters, as well as exclusive VIP service, taxi service and a parcel pick-up and delivery service.

OUR FLEET

The pride of Niagara Airbus is the pristinely cared for fleet of 4-passenger Luxury Town cars, and 10 passenger Executive Vans, and 17- to 36-passenger Luxury Mini Coaches. We are environmentally conscious, as well, with our vans and town cars running on propane fuel.

PERSONNEL

THOMAS R. CLOSE - President

Tom is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a degree in mathematics. Tom joined the firm of Clarkson and Gordon (now Ernst & Young) in 1969 where he obtained his chartered accountants degree. In 1974, Tom joined the firm of Martin, Tilley & Co. (now Demers, Hutson & Co.) where he became a partner until 1988 when he joined the Towles in the inception of Niagara Airbus Inc. Throughout his career in public practice, Tom has advised numerous companies in the transportation industry.

PAUL MOUNTAIN - Vice President

Paul obtained his experience with Robert Q. Airbus in London Ontario. Paul was General Manager of that company and was vital to its growth from 1 to 30 vans. Paul joined Niagara Airbus in 1988.

Paul is active at the Toronto and Buffalo Airports where he has become familiar with the various operating personnel and authorities. These connections and relationships are key factors on operating efficiency within the industry.

SAFETY PERSONNEL

Our customer satisfaction is largely due to our courteous and safety minded drivers. Niagara Airbus Inc. employs a full time safety coordinator with an ongoing safety program. The training consists of driver safety, updated routes to and from the serviced airports and a review of local landmarks and community events to ensure an informative journey to your hotel or home. This provides you with a safe and professional ride.

DRIVERS

Our professional, fully licensed and security-cleared drivers are paid hourly plus incentives. This ensures a happy staff that informs you, the customer, of all of our excellent products and how they can benefit you. Many speak other languages and have been trained as tour guides.

MAINTENANCE

Our company has a fully qualified maintenance staff. Our mechanics give our vehicles a regular complete check-up at predetermined mileage readings and dates. Vehicles are cleaned and prepped nightly for your pick up the next day. This attention has resulted in a failure rate that is even lower than industry standards, providing excellent exposure and advertising when the units are on the roads.
