No matter what! We guarantee you'll arrive on time for your flight. Should a delay occur for any reason, we will pay additional costs. Customers will depart the Toronto Airport within 15 minutes or their ride home is FREE.

Terminal 1 Please check in at Ground Transportation Desk - on Arrivals Level, Area 2. Terminal 3 Please check in at Ground Transportation Desk - on Arrivals Level in Domestic Area (near escalator).

BUFFALO: (716) 835-8111
Customers arriving at the Buffalo Airport will be met at the Information Booth on the Arrivals Level, in the Baggage Claim Area. Please call from the telephone at our booth if you require assistance.

TERMS/CONDITIONS

EXTRA CHARGES:
Extra Pick ups/Drop offs are $13.00 each way per stop + GST and fuel surcharge (where applicable). Bicycles, Skis, and Golf Clubs $13.00 extra each way + GST and fuel surcharge(where applicable). Baggage (after 2 suitcases & 2 Carry-on) $13.00 per bag each way + GST and fuel surcharge(where applicable).

FARE SURCHARGES:
S/Tier or Tier #1 fares from Toronto or Buffalo Airports plus an additional ammount starting at $46.00 each way (plus GST and fuel surcharge, where applicable) per address will be charged for the following outlying areas: Lowbanks, Wainfleet, Caistor Centre, Smithville, St. Anns.

PETS:
Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accommodate your pets on our shuttle service. In addition, our luggage compartments are not equipped to accommodate pets in carrying kennels. If you require transportation and are taking along your pet, you must book exclusive (private) transportation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations must be cancelled 24 Hours or more in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellation under 24 hours may be rescheduled for up to one year. No Shows are Null & Void.
