No matter what! We guarantee you'll arrive on time for your flight. Should a delay occur for any reason, we will pay additional costs. Customers will depart the Toronto Airport within 15 minutes or their ride home is FREE.

Customers arriving at the Buffalo Airport will be met at the Information Booth on the Arrivals Level, in the Baggage Claim Area. Please call from the telephone at our booth if you require assistance.

| EXTRA CHARGES: | Extra Pick ups/Drop offs are $6.00 each way per stop + GST Bicycles, Skis, and Golf Clubs $10.00 extra each way + GST Baggage (after 2 suitcases & 2 Carry-on) $10.00 per bag each way + GST
| | FARE SURCHARGES: | S/Tier or Tier #1 fares from Toronto or Buffalo Airports plus $14.00 each way per address will be charged for the following outlying areas: Lowbanks, Wainfleet, Caistor Centre, Smithville, St. Anns.
| | CANCELLATION POLICY: | Reservations must be cancelled 24 Hours or more in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellation under 24 hours may be rescheduled for up to one year. No Shows are Null & Void. A cancellation # or name will be given by our customer service person.
